My mom and I were craving dumplings, actually potstickers so we decided we should make some! She cut some chives from our garden and minced them. With the chives she mixed in ground chicken and some carrots for the filling. After we made all the potstickers, she pan-fried the bottom until they were golden and crispy! She also made some hot sour soup and stir-fried some veggies! We usually dip the potstickers in a sauce made from soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and vinegar. Mmm it`s so good, I wish there were left overs :(
