For dinner I created something new today. Basically the recipe just calls for combining different ingredients. I used marinated chicken, fried potato pieces ( just like fries) and plain rice.
Like most of my recipes, I marinated the chicken in a mix of tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin powder and yogurt. Let it sit for about an hour and then cook in a small amount of olive oil.
Fry the potatoes just like you would fry french fries and prepare the rice. Lastly, combine the plain rice, chicken and potato pieces and mix.
This dish is a quicker and easier version of the traditional South East Asian dish known as <strong>Biryani</strong>.
It was super easy to make and very tasty!
