Not only is this pretty healthy, but it`s absolutely delicious! My grandmother decided to cook this today for me since I`m trying to lean towards the healthy side when it comes to bigger meals like lunch or dinner.
She incorporated shrimp, chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, lettuce... etc with oyster sauce! If my research is correct this Chinese dish, chop suey, literally means "assorted pieces." :) Which is pretty neat since that`s what this dish basically is. I also ate this with some breaded chicken because... it tastes good haha.
Have you guys tried chop suey before? :)
