Hey Luuuxers! I really miss you guys! It`s been awhile since I posted, I`ve been really busy preparing for my jewelry show this Friday. I`m really excited! But today I did take some time out to make a healthy and protein filled lunch to keep me going... Chinese CHicken Salad! I love this salad, it`s filling and I get to use Asian Sesame Dressing! The only thing this one is missing is the mandarin oranges but it was still delicious!
