Remember to click the pictures for the best possible quality & clarity (: Hey Luuux Foodlings! :D I love cooking with my boyfriend, so we`re always searching for new things to try and make in the kitchen :) The other week, we found this recipe for a simple and easy bacon wrapped shrimp & potatoes dish, so we tried it out! Keep reading to see how we made it!
Ingredients: Bacon Shrimp Potatoes
Preparation: Peel the shrimp. Boil the potatoes until soft, but slightly underdone. Wrap the potatoes and shrimp with the bacon.
Finale: Put the wrapped shrimp and potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes :) Enjoy! ^^ ______________________________________________________________________ There was hardly any seasoning involved since bacon has enough saltiness in it alone. The bacon can get a little overwhelming if you eat a bunch of them alone, but we decided to eat these with rice and a variety of Korean side dishes :) Rice always balances out meat and side dishes make the meal more enjoyable. Overall, the bacon wrapped shrimp and potatoes were delicious, and tasted great with ketchup or bbq sauce :D We also had some sliced pineapple in the fridge, so when I ate some with them, it was the perfect combination!
Tell Me: Have you tried something like this before? If so, how did you like it? If not, would you like to give it a try? Let me know in your comments below! :D
