Last week I ate out almost everyday since I was studying and didn`t have time to cook or buy groceries. Since I still don`t have any groceries, I made do with what was at hand. Unfortunately, that left me with almost no options. I had a chicken breast, some choy, and some Nongshim instant noodles. Not the healthiest options :[.
I started off by cooking up the choy and pan frying the chicken breast. I just added a bit of salt and pepper the the chicken breast and threw it in the ban with some olive oil. It took about 5 or so minutes to finish that. I then heated up the instant noodles in the microwave and threw everything together. The chicken and the choy tasted good but the noodles were pretty bad. I normally like Nongshim noodles, but I guess something was wrong with this one.
Despite the noodles being bad, the rest of it was good and it filled me up. I`m glad I`m going grocery shopping today, I need real food haha. So what did you guys have for lunch? What do you normally make when you don`t have groceries?
