Since yesterday was my turn to cook and I made some awesome (In my opinion of course) <em> Breaded chicken sandwich</em> (See last post) I had some shrimp that I decided to cook as well to bring for lunch. Since I celebrate lent I do not eat meat or poultry on Fridays. Now during lunch I was thinking why I didnt bring a side to eat it with. I check out the cafeteria and purchased some zucchini. I really like zucchini so even though the shrimp is breaded the whole plate of zucchini kinda makes up for it.
What do you guys think???
