Packed my lunch like a mommy would for her kid going to school.

Sometimes when I have time, I would actually make a 3-tiered lunch much like a bento box.

This does take a bit of time and early preparation work though. That`s why I don`t do it much.

My lunch today:
Whole Tomato
Grilled Shrimp w/ Ham
Edamame beans
Strawberries for fruit

This is about 250 calories worth of food. That might not seem a lot, but take into consideration that I do eat about 200 calories ever 2 hours. My stomach capacity is small but my metabolism is fast.

So technically, my lunches are "snacks".

What do you guys think?
