First day cooking after an entire week of inactivity!
I managed to find some fresh zucchinis in my fridge and some fish cakes and fish balls in the freezer so I decided to whip up something healthy for lunch today.
I grilled two zucchinis while boiling the fish balls and cakes. The fish balls and cakes were frozen so it was a lot faster to cook them by boiling rather than by slowly grilling.
For seasoning, I used some butter, honey and white pepper to make a sweet and savory dish that also had a bit of a kick to it.
This took me about 15 minutes to cook and only 150 calories with 2 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of protein =)
Not bad for a lunch!
