LOTD - Vegetarian =)

I`m still waiting for my medical results from the doctor so for the time being, I have limited my intake of meat to 3 servings a week, which is usually in the form of beef in burgers and pho =)

I was told by my doctor to lay off the meat as my stomach cannot digest it properly.

So today`s lunch is all vegetarian style!

What I made today:
Grilled Zucchini
Boiled Carrots
Grilled Peas
Grilled Corn

Then I made some Beschamel sauce to make the dish more flavorful!

Super healthy, only 150 calories!
