Decided to go on a health kick lately so I had a relatively healthy lunch today.
This was the last piece of pizza I had from the weekend and it happened to be the vegetarian one. It was a thin crust bruschetta pizza with zucchini and mushrooms and 1/2 cheese. The sauce on the right was home-made chili sauce from one of my coworkers. The pizza, after being in my fridge so long, became a bit bland.
The second part of my lunch was actually fruits. I had peeled 2 tangerines and washed 1/2 a cup of grapes. This made up a nice fruit salad to go with the pizza.
What do you guys think of my lunch?
