LOTD - Salmon amp Seasoned Rice With Bechamel Sauce

Today I decided to make Salmon because I had purchased some from my school`s boutique and thought it`s better to eat it fresh than to freeze it.

I started by making the rice, parboiled seasoned with chicken stock, butter and lemon. I cheated a little and used a packaged bechamel sauce, just to make things easier and I still haven`t learned how to make it from scratch.
I seasoned the fish with salt, garlic, oregano and lemon. Set it aside for a couple minutes while I got the pan very hot. I then added butter to the pan and cooked the fish for about 2 minutes on each side. With salmon you have to be careful not to overcook it or it will turn out dry.
