I have been trying to eat more veggies because as we all know they are healthy and great for you but besides eating them on soup, i don`t really eat veggies or salads because i don`t really like them. But today as an attempt to eat more veggies i decided to mix them up in a dish i already like.
This is whole wheat pasta with bolognese sauce made with soy, which is an healthier alternative(in moderation of course). So, since i didn`t had salad dressing here and they are caloric, i made a little bit less pasta and completed with salad and then mix it all up so i wouldn`t tell the big difference in taste of the salad and it was really good, the sauce mixed with the salad and the pasta really made it more bearable to eat lol I think its a good start for someone who doesn`t like salads and i will be doing this more. I also added some mushrooms even though you probably can`t see them on the picture.
