My lunch today consisted of leftover dim sum from the weekend =) Not bad, considering it was enough to fill me up and I did not waste any food!
What I ate today:
Deep Fried Squid Tentacles
Squid Tentacles deep fried dry with salt and pepper
Egg Custard Bun
A steamed bun with custard inside as well as a fermented duck`s egg yolk. This makes the salty, thick and sweet filling of the custard bun.
BBQ Pork Bun
One of my favorite dim sum dishes =) It consists of a steamed bun with bbq pork filling inside.
Even microwaved, these tasted delicious!
