I have been super lazy when it comes to food and don`t really feel like making something that requires more work, don`t know why because sometimes it can be relaxing but lately i just haven`t been feeling in the mood to make lunch.
So today for lunch i decided to just make some black beans since it requires little work and then some scrambled eggs with mushrooms. I haven`t had black beans in a long time and they are actually very good for you and i enjoyed them.
Eggs i do have more often but i haven`t had them with mushrooms for sometime and since i had them around, i just let them cook a little and then add the eggs.
It was a nice, easy, quick and healthy meal and left me full until later the afternoon.
