The key to losing fat is burning calories. This means a combination of cardio workout and a healthy diet. You can`t do it with just cardio or just eating healthy. cardio will help burn, tone and speed up metabolism while eating less fat and healthier foods will speed up the fat loss process.
Have you ever heard of the freshman 15? Well I sure gained that during freshman year of college, but I lost it all that summer by running 30 minutes everyday and eating healthy! So it`s totally possible.
