Lose weight without losing health... and mind

When I first came to the model agency, I was told to lose around 7 kilo. In two month I was accepted. I didn`t do anything mad or harmful for the health. And I was not hungry all the time. How? As simple as that:

1) No sugar. At all. Coffee without sugar. Tea as well. Fruits - only in the first part of the day (fruits also contain sort of sugar)
2) Up to 4 pieces of bread per day. Obviously, light bread is preferable
3) Avoid fried foods and vegetable oil
4) Eat everything else - as much as you need. Try not to eat two hours before sleep
5) No intensive exercising is required, but you have to walk at least 30 minutes per day
6) Be patient. Healthy diet requires some time until results are truly seen
7) In couple of months buy clothes two sizes smaller :)))

Result is great - and, what is very important - quite stable. And what is your diet experience?))
