Music gets you through working out. Exercising can get boring, but it helps to blast your favorite tunes! You`d probably want to make a workout playlist with upbeat music that cna help you get hyped up to lose some weight or just stay in shape. It`s also not that great to work out everyday since your body`s not a machine, but 3-4 days a week is pretty good for someone who wants to maintain their shape or keep their body toned.
PS. If you`re listening to your ipod while you`re running on the streets..I really wouldn`t recommend it. It could be dangerous if you miss a car coming your way.
