Lose weight _healthy way _

i think that most girls want to lose some weight right??!!

well i was like that untill i got tired from it
but there is a healthy way to lose weight it cold fasting and the muslim do that every year or every month or weekly and then the doctors discaver that it is the healthy way so how do they do it ?!!!

they fast from like 5 a.m till around 5 p.m without eating anything and they have to wake up and eat before it cames 5 a.m then when it came 5 p.m they start eating but they start with a dates and laban and then they eat what ever they want to eat and so on .....
and that is the healthy way
