Running isn`t made for everyone, but walking is. To familiarize yourself try to start with a routine of your own. Try to put your energy towards because you don`t want to be lazy and forcing yourself to walk. It`s not the same thing once you think about it.
Breathe fat away- I always have been told to breath fully. Meaning fill your lungs because its the easy way to burn the fat off!
Toned the Abs- from your hips try to hinge slightly forward to challenge your core.
Bending your elbows- To accelerate you can swing your arms in a faster mode.
Step shorter- it`s okay to take small steps. You don`t want to over do it. Maintain and focus!
I enjoy walking around this little track by my house. I haven`t gone due to working until the afternoon.
