Have you ever been out with your friends/ co-workers for lunch and realized that there was a lot of food left over. Or, if you`re like me, you probably ate a litte too much because you just had the food in front of you. My co-friend and I would always find that she would leave half her meal, and i would always over eat.
One day we both concluded that we could both eat out of one meal. We started the next day sharing a meal. We split a sandwhich and fries. After our lunch we agreed that we were both satisfied and we didn`t have a `food comma`. As the weeks passed we took turns paying for lunch. We started to have a little extra cash from lunch money. We also started to noticed that we both started to lose weight. Our stomachs were starting to get used to eating less and less.
When going out to dinner with my boyfriend, I wasn`t able to convince him to share a meal. i did the best next thing, i ordered from the kids menu. I have now lost a total of 10 pounds just from sharing a meal.
