There are a lot of apps/websites out there dedicated to weight loss but not all of them are actually that good.
I did come across one that i thought was very good, complete and something that can be useful. Its called Lose It!
Lose It is a food tracking service that includes app and website, so you create an account that you can use just on the website, just on the app or use both. In the app or website you can create a calorie goal and then you make your meal plan or insert the foods and amount you have already eaten to see in how many calories you have consumed.
Other good thing is that with both the app and the website, you can insert what exercise you did or your calorie burn from exercise and it will be reduced from your calories so you can make sure you are creating the right deficit.
Both the App and Website are well structured and with an appealing design and the app is one of the best tracking apps i have seen.
What i like the most about this is that is free and you don`t need to have an iphone to use Lose It because you can just use the website.
