Lose 10 Lbs in 3 Days!

Sounds nearly impossible right? It probably is but according to this diet plan, one can lose 10 lbs in as little as 3 days. The skeptical side of my brain is telling me "No, don`t do it" but the other side is willing to give it a try.

The diet plan is really simple to follow and calls for food you already probably have in stock. I just started this diet plan this morning and so far so good. The worst part about this morning`s breakfast was the grapefruit. I am not a big fan of grapefruit and it took me forever to finish it. The best part would have had to have been the toast and peanut butter. I hadn`t had non gluten free bread in nearly 2 months so I was really excited to finally have some (I do plan on going back to my GF after this diet though...it just won`t be as strict...I already broke it this weekend at the Chinese Buffet lol).

The instructions ask that you do not substitute any of the foods but I am going to because I cannot stand the taste of tuna nor do I like eating hot dogs without a bun. Therefore I will be substituting 3 oz of grilled chicken breast on those days. I will probably also substitute the beets because I don`t like those as well, and will be substituting the cheddar cheese for mozzarella. I probably will not lose much weight due to the fact I will be substituting some of the foods but I rather lose a little bit of weight than have to eat a bunch of foods I find disgusting.

After the 3 days are up I will do a final weigh in and report my total weight loss and how I feel about this diet.

I plan to do at least 30 minutes to one hour of exercise each of the 3 days so I am really hoping I see some results.

The best part about this diet is that you get to eat vanilla ice cream for dinner!!!!

I am not really one who likes to do fad diets, and I never really "diet", but I wanted to try something that would jump start my weight loss.

If you would like to do this with me the diet is below.

Day 1:
Breakfast- Black coffee or tea, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter
Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 3 oz of any meat, 1 cup of string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 2:
Breakfast- 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 slice toast, black coffee or tea
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no bun), 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Day 3:
Breakfast: 3 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, black coffee or tea
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast
Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 beetm 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Let me know if you are willing to try this as well as how many pounds you lost.

Picture above was my breakfast this morning. Believe it or not it was actually very filling and I got to eat peanut butter..yay!
