Since my other half has started to do races and what not him and his coworkers signed up for the spartan race in London England in November this year. I want to go to England, but I do not want to go with him and his coworkers and waste all of my precious vacation time in a group setting with his coworkers and not have any vacation time for just us. So he`ll be going for 5 days in November. I hope to live vicariously through him and hopes he visits Big Ben, London`s iconic clock tower that has 4 faces and weighs 13 tonnes. I also hope he`ll see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace which happens at 11:30am. Another iconic item is the London Tower Bridge, which was built in late Victorian era. It actually opens about 900 times a year for ships and the view of London of the bridge is said to be quite spectactular. The London Eye is a ferris wheel that gives a bird`s eye view of London and you can see for miles on a good day. And of course Piccadilly Circus which has buildings lit up with dazzling electric signs. It leads you to Soho, Chinatown and Leicester Square, where you can find restaurants, pubs, clubs, theatres and cinemas. Don`t feel bad for me as I am going to be taking a month off next May to go traveling and whatever places he ends up going to throughout the year that I don`t go along with I will go to with/without him with friends. Because who knows when he`d want to go again and I want to go on my own terms and not be dragged along with a race with coworkers I haven`t met but already don`t like.
Has your significant other traveled anywhere where you want to visit but the situation may not be one you`d want to go in or if they went for work?
Do you like your significant other`s coworkers? Lol
