I absolutely love everything sea food, so when it comes to Lobster, well of course! My mom stirfried some chopped up lobster in a wok with ginger and scallions. She put some dough stuff in it so that there was a light crust on the lobster pieces and the ginger complimented the flavours very nicely. The only thing I don`t really like about eating lobsters is that it`s so hard to get the meat out sometimes, but once you manage that, its like heaven.
