After having some lobster last week at a Chinese Restaurant, my boyfriend`s mom decided to make her own version of the <strong><em>Lobster with Ginger and Green Onion</strong></em>. She bought two lobsters at the Asian market and prepared/pan fried this delicious dish for the family to enjoy. It was really good especially with the ginger. I`m not quite sure how you prepare this but I will attach a recipe at the bottom. From the recipe there isn`t much steps and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare/cook which isn`t bad.
<strong>Do you like lobster? How do you like your lobster prepared?></strong> I`m not a fan of lobster usually but I loved the flavoring of the ginger. How I like my lobster prepared is usually fried at a Chinese Restaurant teehehe. :)
