Lobster Rolls and Open Faced Vietnaminise chicken sandwhiches

These were a couple of dinners that I have made in the past couple of days. I got the recepies from the recent issue of food network magazine. Both dinners were amazing my favorite was the Connecticut Style lobster rolls. The lobster was first cooked and then cooked some more in lemon and butter.

The open faced chicken sandwiches contain rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables like radishes, carrots, and etc. We used the spicy chili sauce to top it off with. For the bread we use whole wheat. This is one of the more healthier meals that I have eaten this week and I highly suggest trying it out.
