This was the entree dish from the restaurant from the time my boyfriend and I went there for Winterlicious.
We actually hunted this restaurant down because I really wanted lobster and they served a lobster tail and seafood linguine =)
Again, I apologize for the redness of the photos.
I was very pleased that the restaurant offered a lot of seafood with the pasta. Normally, when I go to other restaurants, they try and skimp on the seafood, especially during Winterlicious. I was really glad they didn`t. They gave me an abundant amount of mussels, shrimp and a huge lobster tail.
The pasta was in a tomato sauce with red wine. It blended with the mussels and pasta really well. The mussels tasted amazing in the sauce and when eating with the pasta, it brought a lot of flavor to the pasta.
The lobster tail, unfortunately, was a bit overcooked, which made it tough. But it was still enjoyable.
Not bad for a Winterlicious entree.
