Hello Loves, Ah, the importance of fitness. It is hard to stay in shape and keep in shape. Gosh, I really need motivation to keep my mind on the right track. I was working out and then stopped. Such hard work. Lol But I`ve been looking for quick and easy tips for me to do when I can`t hit the gym every day. 1. Take measurements and pictures before you start (or keep an old pair of jeans that you want to get back into) 2. Create a journal and write down how you feel right now, what your energy level is like, how and what affects you. You should really honest. 3. Create a workout routine you can live with. Like a 20 minute walk before work every day, do an exercise video, or get to a gym. Or taking the stairs instead of the elevators. lol 4. Get rid of all the junk foods in your house or else you are going to want to keep eating them. 5. Move more and eat right! 6. Dont just sit GET FIT!
