I`m a huge fan of Apple Juice but I don`t drink it often because most of the Apple Juice in the grocery stores says from concentrate. What does it mean from concentrate? It means that the juice was once squeezed, water extracted, frozen and then later the juice is added back with water- pasteurized and packaged to sell in summary it`s not as fresh.
However, while going grocery shopping in the produce section I saw this gallon on 100% Apple Cider by Litehouse and it says not from concentrate meaning it`s pure squeezed juice! Another thing that caught my eye was this gallon was $5.99 and on sale for only $2.99 at Vons so I had to try it home.
When I got home, I poured a glass of 100% Apple Cider with a few cubes of ice and it was good! There is still some pulp when blending at the bottom of the jug but that`s fine.
Overall: This isn`t apple juice but it`s apple cider (very similar thought, I can`t really tell the difference) but it was really good. I enjoyed this juice-- I would recommend and will be repurchasing.
