Lisa`s Cosmetics Sale
Being the huge bargain hunter that I am, I am always on the lookout for warehouse sales and clearance events where I can get things I normally will buy anyways for cheap.
One of my favourite sales to attend is called Lisa`s Cosmetics sale. They hold this sale a few times a year, and it is a regular warehouse sale where they sell perfume, makeup and other health and beauty supplies as well as some other things for your home.
The spring sale was on over the course of a few weekends and ended recently, but I was able to go a few times and grab some items. Since they keep adding new items over the course of the sale, I kept going back with different members of my family so they could score some deals as well, and so I could see what new items were in each time LOL
I already posted about my first 3 hauls haul (see posts here: http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/lisas-cosmetics-sale-haul-1?link=1 and here: http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/lisas-cosmetics-sale-haul-2?link=1 and here: http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/lisas-cosmetics-sale-haul-3 )
The last weekend of the sale, I decided to go one more time to see what last minute things I could find. I had already stocked up on a lot of things in my previous hauls, so this was just to see what else I could find.
I ended up breaking my rule of no more nail polish since I spotted a sign for magnetic nail polish. I had been avoiding the huge nail polish section so I wouldnt get tempted, but I couldnt help myself when it came to the magnetic polishes.
I already own a gold colour from Colour club as well as 2 colours (a purple and a blue) from China Glaze I recently posted about.
These ones are by Tivoli, which I have never even heard of before. They had 6 or 7 different shades, but I decided to get only 3 since the others were similar to the ones I have at home. I chose a fuchsia pink, a black and a slate grey.
I also ended up getting myself a metal cuticle pusher. I usually use wooden sticks, but I figure this is also a good item to have. It came with a little sample of cuticle remover, too.
I also ended up choosing a little bottle of nail base coat strengthener. OPI Nail Envy is my favourite of the moment, but I thought Id give this one a try since a lady there told me she loved this brand.
After leaving the nail section, I noticed that they had Nair Wax strips on sale that I hadnt seen in my previous trips. I use these a lot in the summer so I decided to get 2 boxes.
On my way to the register, the last thing I bought was 2 mini deodorants (2 for 1 dollar). These are great to have in your gym bag or in your purse for the summer, since it gets really hot.
And thats it! This haul isnt nearly as packed as my other 3, but I still managed to get some good items that they didnt have before!
If you guys live in the Toronto or Markham area, you should keep your eyes open for this sale! I cant wait till the next one in a few months!
