Limiting Workouts.

Tip Of The Day:
Limit your workouts to 30-40 minutes a day truthfully the benefit after this amount of time isnt all that great. But if your working out on higher intensity its great for that time. But if you just doing lower intensity then 40-60 minutes would be great for that but thing to remember is to not push your self somewhere to the point when you cant take it. Push your self to the point where its just perfect. Hope this helps.
