1. Open up system preferences by going to the menu and selecting Parental Controls
2. Click the unlock icon in the corner
3. Choose the username and then click Enable Parental Controls
4. Under the tab, "Apps" check the box "Limit Applications" and check the apps you want the user to open and use. (Whatever you don`t select they cannot open them)
