Now is a recipe for a light dish that I appreciate very much. It is very delicious and then light is even better.
1 tbsp (tablespoons) grated onion
1 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard
1 tbsp (tablespoons) Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons () ketchup
1 teaspoon (dessert) paprika
200g fresh mushrooms
1 cube of chicken stock
1 cup (tea) warm water
600g chicken breast (diced)
1 tbsp (tablespoons) flour
1 cup (tea) skim milk
1 cup skim yogurt
salt and chopped parsley to taste
Saute the onion in a little water, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika, mushrooms and chicken stock dissolved in hot water.
Bring to a boil and add the chicken to cook.
Separately, mix the flour with the milk and yogurt.
Add the sauce and let thicken.
Finally, taste the salt and add the parsley.
