In the other day I made for dinner a delicious Carbonara.
I like to made mine with mushrooms and cubes of ham and bacon sprinkled with parsley.
First I fry the mushrooms with the bacon and then add the ham while the spaghetti boils.
Mix all the ingredients in the pan and put the sauce.
I call it light because I avoid creams and to substitute them I put two eggs with a little bit of milk so it becomes steamy without being too caloric.
Then just add the parsley!
