You certainly don`t have to sacrifice delicious food to be healthy. You just have to know how to make the right decisions and substitute the `bad` for something more healthy.
I have a weak side for mexican food, especially when it comes to tacos. One of my favorite places to eat is Chipotle, and you can make very healthy choices there since you basically build your own food there. However, when I am making tacos at home I like to substitute the tortilla for Butter Lettuce.
Everyone`s heard of lettuce tacos before, however I like to use butter lettuce rather than regular lettuce just because the leaves are bigger and they just feel more filling. My choice for the tacos this day were shrimp and topped off with homemade guacamole (gotta have the guacamole!).
