Audrina Patridge is known as the reality star from a MTV show called "The Hills." Ever since the show everybody knows her as the chick with a banging body!
For Audrina to stay in shape she enjoys working up a sweat 2-3 times a week. With a routine that calls "Body Box" was made up from her trainer. To workout to the body box you`ll need to a combinations of boxing punches, kicks with a certain circuits of your body weight.
To burn calories you`ll do this in a high intensity way. It`s also a great way to get firm up! What`s so great about the Body Box is that you can do the exercise anywhere you want without carrying/using any gear. Try to do the shadow box 2-3 times a week using the two combinations I mentioned. Punches & kicks! You can replace that with a three minutes jump rope challenge.
