I just wanted to share with you all what I had for lunch today! I had made Lemon Peppered Tilapia with Asparagus.
It is an easy, delicious and somewhat "healthy" meal for a college student! I just spray Pam on a sheet of foil and then spread butter, pepper, salt and squeeze lemon on both sides of the tilapia. Then I baked the Tilapia in my toaster oven for about 30min since it works quicker then the oven.
For the asparagus I just sauté it with a little olive oil, added some salt/pepper and splash in some soy sauce. It is that easy! Just cook it for about 10mins.
