I got this idea off of Pinterest and have been obsessed since I started drinking it! It`s great because it adds a great, refreshing flavor to your water, cleanses and detoxes your body, boosts weight loss by speeding up your metabolism, AND helps keep your skin clear!! The mint also adds a nice freshness to your breath too! ;) Here`s the recipe!
RECIPE: (in a pitcher of water )
1 cucumber (medium size)
hand full of mint leaves (recipe says 10-12, but I use about 20 because I like the extra mint taste!)
Slice the lemon and cucumber into THIN slices (the thinner, the more taste you will get from the water!)
Add to water
Add mint leaves
Let it sit in the fridge overnight! (or at least 8 hours!)
DRINK EVERY DAY AND ENJOY! :)
