Someone recently gave this exercise machine to my mother-in-law and she gave it to us. It is supposed to work legs, butt and abs... But the thing that it really works the most is the groin. Yes, the groin area. I can feel it slightly in my legs and that`s it. I was about to just give up on it when I did what the instructions tell you NOT to do. I put some pressure down on my hands which you are only supposed to use for balance. Doing this brought pressure off of the groin and worked the legs and abs more with good posture. All in all, it`s an alright machine. It causes very odd pain in odd places so I can only stand it for so long.
