I haven`t got a chance to share this with you last night cause i`m already sleepy. This is what i prepared for dinner last night. My sister is craving for some Lechon Kawali (pan-roasted pork ). Basically the first thing that i did is i boiled the pork first together with some black pepper,bay leaf and salt. After that when it`s already half cook i pulled it out of the casserole and then fried it until it`s crispy.Isn`t it simple? hehehe anyway this is a good match with the Mang Tomas Sarsa ( if you are familiar with it ) or ketsup instead.
