Last night I was craving something sweet by the time it was dinner time so I decided to be healthy and make myself a fruit salad with my favorite fruits I had in the fridge.
I have to admit that I`m used to have full dinners all the time, like meat and rice and beans and when I just have a snack like this I`m never really satisfied, but this time I made a huge bow and by the time I finished it I was full.
What I used was:
-1 red apple
-1 slice of pineapple
-1 little bottle of coconut yogurt
Now, to my taste this fruit salad was amazing, but if you don`t have the acidity of the pineapple juice I recomend you to take it out, because the taste is really strong. It almost tastes like you put a lime in there.
Anyways my secret to make a fruit salad perfect is the yogurt you can see in the second picture. The coconut flavor adds so much and keep the taste fresh and super sweet. I really love this combination and it took me a while to master the types of fruit I like together, but this works perfectly for me :)
