Hello Luuux world. I was recently trolling for some new fruit smoothies I could make. I`ve been on a smoothie kick this summer. They are so healthy and easy to make and plus a great way to cool off. When I was searching or new smoothies recipes to try, I came across a `Debloating` juice cocktail. The one thing I love about smoothies is how each smoothies can give your body many different kinds of benefits so of course I had to try it out! I wasn`t bloated at the time but I thought to give it a try. Surprisingly it was delicious! It was very refreshing and cooling. And believe it or not the person I found it off of online was non other than Lea Michele herself! She said that its hard to eat clean when traveling so often and she says she makes this benefitting cocktail almost everyday to keep her going! It must give many other benefits besides debloating to keep this busy celeb going.
-1 glass of water
- Juice of 2 lemons
-1/2 cucumber (chopped)
-6 cubes of watermelon
-Handful of fresh ginger shavings
Put everything in a blender and enjoy!
