I`m a really big fan of Lauren Conrad and I`m an active follower of her website/blog (Whatever you prefer).
Lauren not-so-recently (November 5th) posted this 30-minute workout for the winter seasons. I`ve decided to dedicate myself to it for the next few weeks because let`s face it, The holidays are full of fattening food and a little exercise couldn`t hurt. I tried out her `7 Days to Skinny Jeans` challenge a while back and loved the results so I`ll probably pick that back up as well.
