I have been looking for the "Contour Kit" for a while now, probably since Summer 2012. I had been to so many Superdrug stores but I couldn`t find it anywhere, so I assumed it was being discontinued. Still not sure about that one. Anyways I went out and just took a little glance at the sleek counter and I saw they have a few. They were all in the lightest shade, but I managed to grab the only medium shade that was available.
I was really excited to finally have found this. I personally use bronzer only to contour my face and not to make myself look darker. So this being a "contour kit", it is supposedly perfect!
The Product itself come packaged in a very simple black casing, there is no excess packaging (I absolutely hate excess packaging) and it come with a handy sized mirror. It also come with a small instruction manual, to help you contour you cheekbones and nose, which I thought was a nice little touch!
The kit includes a dark, matte brown pressed powder (The contour shade) and an Illuminating powder. Both the highlighter and the contour have great pigmentation. After a few uses, I do quite like both products. The contour shade is quite pigmented, using a light hand when applying and it creates a pretty natural contour and sculpting effect on the cheekbones. The highlighter is also lovely, it`s not crazy shimmery like many other highlighters on the market- gives a glowing sheen to the top of the cheekbones. I can`t really think of anything bad to say about it, right now.
So far, so good! Plus it`s only £6.49, which is a pretty great price for two good products in one.
