I am still doing pretty well eating healthy ( with the exception on chocolate here and there...) So when I get hungry late at night before bed I try not to reach for the chips or the candy.
I grab a yogurt to curb my appetite and hold me over until the morning! I love blueberry Yoplait yogurt because it has a lot less calories than other brands. It also comes in whipped, light, and original so you can choose what type and texture you like best!
I go between buying original and light depending on the flavor selection at the store.
