Late-Night Snack: Strawberries!

The other night I had some (a lot) of strawberries and they taste so great! I haven`t had them in a while so it felt like a real treat. I sprinkled a little sugar on them so they wouldn`t taste too sour, then I cut them into bite-size pieces.

I always eat fruit at night and it`s become a habit of mine. I think it`s important to eat fresh fruit daily because so many Americans today don`t consume enough fruits or vegetables. They contain so much goodness and they`re so delicious, so it`s the best of both worlds! The antioxidants in fruits can even prevent certain types of diseases.
