Another late night snack =)
I love eating bread, but sometimes bread can have too many calories and too many carbs.
Luckily, I found a good bread =) It`s called Body Wise by Dempsters, it`s only 45 calories per slice so two slices would just be 90 calories which is the same amount of calories as one regular slice of bread. They also have 3g of fibre!
I put some butter and sugar on top, a very simple and tasty combo.
The soup is a Chinese Papaya Tomato soup.
What do you guys think?
