For a little while now, Ive been wanting to eat healthy. I wasnt eating all junk food, I was already eating well, but I wanted to start eating a lot more healthy, and I figured this started by the little things, like snacks.
Since Christmas, I dont really feel good in my body. Tonight I told my mom I wanted to go grocery shopping with her, and we went. We bought so much good foods, things we never bought and others that we already did. Im even excited for tomorrows dinner!
When I got home, I was really hungry, and I figured I might as well make myself an healthy snack. This is one of my favorite! Im sure everyone know about this : yogourt with cereals and fruits. What I like about this snack is that there is millions of ways to do it you can choose a different yogourt flavor or different fruits. Today I just went to the straight vanilla yogourt with strawberries that I cut into 4 sections. It was absolutely delicious!
