Living in the Westcoast most of my life, I`ve always enjoyed eating crawfish. You can also find them in Louisiana. I love to eat it most with added corn. It tends to be really pricey though 10 dollars per pound. What I love best about crawfish is that it`s really spicey and additicing. Now moving to the east we don`t have crawfish shops here so when my dad`s friend from California came to visit she brought us crawfish that was pre-made then put in the fridge to freeze. We defrost it and reheat it then voila! I miss Southern California food so much. I am so happy that I got to eat crawfish today.
